Updated: Dec 5, 2020

During the holidays, I love to bake new and old cookie recipes. One of my favorite cookies to bake is 3-Chip Cookie. This cookie is filled with semi-sweet, milk, and white chocolate! If you are looking to try a new cookie to bake, this is the one. Here's a recipe you'll be sure to enjoy!

The recipe I use for this cookie comes from Very Best Baking by Nestle Toll House. Although, their a few ingredients that I have changed or left out! Make it the way you would want to, enjoy!

Ingredients

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, softened

1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup Milk Chocolate Morsels

1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

1/2 cup Premier White Morsels

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.

  2. Combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop dough by level 1/4-cup measure 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

  3. Bake the cookies for 12 to 14 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

  4. Eat and enjoy!
